Returns Policy for Form and Flair

At Form and Flair (operated by Fiery Creations Ltd.), we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we are here to assist you with any returns or exchanges. Please review our returns policy below for all relevant details.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your glass giftware from Form and Flair, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition that is suitable for resale.
Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, we sincerely apologize. We take great care to ensure all items are packed securely, but accidents do happen. Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photographic evidence of the damage.
We will offer you a replacement item or a full refund, depending on the availability of the product.
Return shipping for damaged or faulty items will be covered by Fiery Creations Ltd., and we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

3. Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes a product might not be what you expected. If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return it, provided the following conditions are met:

The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
The product is in new, unused, and resellable condition, with all original packaging intact.
A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount for returns due to change of mind.
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged or faulty.

4. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact us at sales@formandflair.co.nz with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Pack the item securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent any further damage during the return shipping.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

If your return is accepted, we will process a refund to the original payment method used at checkout, minus the applicable restocking fee.
Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
If you choose to exchange the product, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we receive the returned item.

6. Shipping Costs

For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and a restocking fee of 10% (or as specified).
For damaged or faulty items, Fiery Creations Ltd. will cover the cost of return shipping.
