Shipping Policy – Form & Flair

1. General Information

Form & Flair is owned and operated by Fiery Creations Ltd.
We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand only.
Local pickup is available by appointment only—see details below.

We follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and reduce excess inventory. While we strive to keep reasonable stock levels of our core products, larger laser-cut pieces (XL, XXL) and high-volume glass orders may be made to order. If your order is urgent, please contact us in advance to check stock availability or discuss expedited production options.

2. Order Processing & Production Times

  • In-stock items: Processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • Made-to-order items: Typically require 2-5 business days for production.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If your order is time-sensitive, please reach out before ordering to confirm availability.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
  • North Island: Parcels up to 20kg per box.
  • South Island: Parcels up to 15kg per box.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • North Island: 1-3 business days.
    • South Island: 2-5 business days.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $200 NZD.

4. Local Pickup (By Appointment Only)

Local pickup is available from our facility in Wairau Valley, Auckland.

  • Pickups must be arranged in advance by contacting sales@formandflair.co.nz or calling +64 22 0745 760.
  • We will confirm your pickup appointment via email or phone.
  • Please note: Our location is a manufacturing workshop, not a retail store—walk-ins are not permitted.

5. Packaging & Shipping Protection

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely.

  • Our display boxes are custom-designed to fit securely into standard shipping cartons for added protection.
  • Products are packed with both presentation and durability in mind, ensuring they look great on arrival and remain well-protected during transit.
  • While we take utmost care, accidents can happen—if your order arrives damaged, we are happy to work with you to arrange a replacement.

6. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Use this to monitor your delivery status.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at sales@formandflair.co.nz within 7 days of delivery with your order details.

  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

8. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
