➤ Laser-Cut Items

• Handle with care – indoor use recommended unless otherwise stated.
• If displayed, wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove dust or smudges.
• Fitting hardware is not included – we recommend using hanging on panel pins or fix with double-sided foam tape, available at most hardware stores, for installation.

➤ Do you keep all products in stock?
We maintain stock of popular items, but larger laser-cut pieces and bulk glass orders may be made to order. Production takes 2-5 business days. Contact us if your order is time-sensitive.

➤ Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Local pickup is available by appointment only from our workshop in Wairau Valley, Auckland. Contact us to arrange a time.

➤ What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care with our packaging, but if something arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with your order details and photos, and we’ll work with you on a replacement.

➤ How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
